GearCheck Terms of Use

Terms of Use (EULA)

By downloading, installing, or using GearCheck, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

1. License Grant

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use GearCheck on compatible Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store Account Settings anytime after purchase.

3. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

GearCheck is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
